The apartment was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to key attractions and a vibrant neighborhood filled with good restaurants and cafes. We also appreciated the friendly and efficient handover process.
There were a few negatives we encountered during our stay. we were not informed about the ongoing decoration work in the communal areas, which came as a surprise to us.

We had an amazing stay at Livinparis. The location was perfect, with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Our host, Elise, was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we needed, from a washer/dryer to a towel warmer. The views from the windows were breathtaking, with glimpses of the Eiffel Tower and Sacred Coeur church. The beds were super comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly. We will definitely be coming back to Livinparis in the future.
Would recommend this hotel.

The property was very nice, clean, and modern with good facilities. the location was central, close to the metro and a supermarket. the beds were comfortable and the heating worked perfectly. Communication with the host was great, and they even came to help us when the washer/dryer stopped working.
Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.
